RECIPE: Baked Brie Cups with Walnuts & Cranberries

If you’re a fan of cheese and quick and easy recipes that are delicious and sure to impress your friends, then this one is for you! A combination of melty brie, tangy cranberries, crunch nuts, and sweet honey. It’s delicious!!



3 ounces brie, skin removed, cut into 15 cubes

4 Tbsp crasins

4 Tbsp chopped walnuts (or pecans)

2 Tbsp honey

15 mini phyllo shells


Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine crasins, walnuts, and honey in a bowl and mix well.

Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Place a cube of brie in each shell, then top with the craisin and nut mixture. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melty.
