About Me

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Kristin, I’m a wife and mom to two from the Jacksonville, Florida area.  I’m a Navy Brat who was born and raised in the South. I love being active, girls nights, dark chocolate, red wine, taking naps, getting lost in a great book, watching football (GO JAGS!!), trying to be crafty, and most of all snuggling my babies.

I’m a software engineer and LOVE what I do and I’m blessed to work with a wonderful group of people.  I’m not exactly passionate about it though, which is why I’m also a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss® coach.

What I am passionate about is helping others on their wellness journey.  I’ve watched too many of my loved ones suffer from things like diabetes and heart disease.  I love that making changes to your diet and exercise can have such a significant impact on your health.  I want to help you make the most of the time you’ve got here on Earth and just FEEL GOOD!

I’ve always been somewhat athletic — from softball to gymnastics and cheerleading. I’m also a recovering distance runner.  I struggled to lose the baby weight after my daughter was born and started running to try to get back into shape.  Over the course of about three years I ran three marathons, a dozen or so half marathons, and more 5Ks than I can count.  While I did lose weight and felt fit, it was very hard on my body and I was constantly battling injuries.

I did my first round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® in May of 2018 and haven’t looked back since. I love how much my relationship with food has changed.  I love that get to eat the foods that I love without feeling guilty and I really love the way the FASTer Way makes me look and feel!

I’d love to have you join me in my next boot camp! Sign up for my next round here, or email me at fasterwaywithkristin@gmail.com for more information.

My passion is empowering busy men and women to gain control of their health and wellness and my goal is to take the guess work away and make reaching your goal achievable and most importantly, sustainable.
